- Payment Deadline: Payments must be made by the 20th of the month following the month of production.
- Registration Requirements: To register, manufacturers must access the KEBS Information Management System (KIMS) portal and provide necessary information such as company registration number, director’s ID number, and KRA PIN.
- Penalties for Non-Compliance: Non-compliance may lead to penalties, including an additional charge of 5% per month on any unpaid amounts.
